Children's Yoga is fantastic way to instill a sense of health and well being into today's busy kids. Creative movement, games and partner poses will make fitness fun. Breathwork and mini-meditation sessions will have children learning the value of silence and peace. This class will accommodate all levels of yoga ability. All are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, if you have one.

Different classes are offered for various age levels. Certain classes require parent parcipitation and others do not. Please check the descriptions carefully and pre-register at the library.
